Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gap analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate insights and solutions effectively.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in quality assurance (QA) by validating solutions against requirements and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report on project performance, KPIs, and business impact.
• Continuously identify process improvements and support change management efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech or consulting environment

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
