Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces and deliver exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring ease of use and high visual appeal.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to bring design ideas to life and test user interactions.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to understand user needs and refine designs accordingly.
• Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with developers, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and consistently across all platforms.
• Design Systems & Style Guides: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistent branding and design patterns across applications.
• Design Iteration & Improvement: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and emerging best practices in UI/UX design.
• Mobile & Web Design: Design responsive, mobile-first layouts that perform optimally across various devices, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

• UI/UX Design Expertise: Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving capabilities.
• Wireframing & Prototyping Tools: Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to create high-quality wireframes and prototypes.
• Design Systems: Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• User Research & Testing: Experience with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights and improve designs.
• Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of responsive design techniques for delivering seamless experiences across different screen sizes and devices.
• Front-End Technologies Understanding: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with front-end developers.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing design solutions.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and highly polished.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Design Thinking: Familiarity with design thinking methodologies to approach design challenges from a user-centered perspective.
